EXCHANGES,  please log into your account and fill out the exchange form for a quick and easy exchange.

CANCEL ORDER,  you can cancel your order anytime before it ships.  If you want to cancel your order, please email orders@securebeginnings.com

DAMAGES must be reported to us within seven (7) days of receiving your package.  If your product has been damaged please fill out a return and exchange form. There is a section at the bottom of the page to upload your photos of the damage.  Damaged items are replaced immediately.
