We designed our shipping to be simple and affordable. We pride ourselves on quick delivery. We currently offer FedEx shipping options. We deliver to the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, and Asia. Please note international shipping and customs rates apply to countries
outside the US, with the exception of Canada.  Canadian orders are shipped directly from Canada. Air shipping charges will be charged for Alaska and Hawaii deliveries.

Shipping Service Guidelines

Shipments originate from Detroit, Michigan. Shipping times average between 5-10 business days. Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Orders must be placed no later than 11:00 a.m. est. in order to ship the same day on expedited orders. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. est. will ship the following day on expedited orders. A tracking number will be sent via e-mail once a product ships from our warehouse. You may also track your orders on-line at www.securebeginnings.com

Order Changes
Order changes must be made prior to 1:00 p.m. eastern time on business days, as packages may already be en route to their destinations.

Order Cancellations
We will do our best to cancel an order; however, if your order has reached our shipping process, it may not be possible to cancel your order.  In this situation, you will need to go through our return policy listed below.

Expedited Shipping Options
Air shipping options are subject to the shippers pick up cycles and business limitations. Alaska and Hawaii shipments will be subject to FedEx air shipping charges.
International shipments, excluding Canadian shipments will be subject to FedEx international shipping and customs rates.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Secure Beginnings, llc purchase.  Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Secure Beginnings, llc will cover the cost of shipping for defective merchandise only, and will refund 100% of the purchase price.  An unwanted, resalable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided:
1. The item is returned in its original packaging with instructions in tact.              
2. All tags are in tact.
3. It is in an “unused” condition.
Returned items that are not in the above stated condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  You are responsible for the shipping costs (both ways) on unwanted returned items.  Items with missing pieces are NOT returnable.
Items returned without a RAN number are subject to a 30% restocking fee since additional cost are incurred for unexpected returns.

Defective Merchandise: 
You must notify us about defective merchandise within 7 days of delivery of the merchandise.  In the event the merchandise is damaged in transit, Secure Beginnings, llc will provide exact replacement merchandise.
